Some bands make music for the soul.
“Larry David and The Hipsters” make music for people whose back hurts after 9 holes and who complain about slow play like it’s a full-time job.
This parody vintage album-cover tee from Oy Vey Golf is a love letter to neurotic legends, deli-counter debates, and golfers who stretch more than they swing. Featuring the smash fake hits “Gefilte Fish Blues” and “My Freakin’ Back Is Killing Me, and It’s Making It Hard to Kvell,” this shirt belongs in heavy rotation from the golf course to the couch where you aggressively critique televised golf swings.
Designed like a classic worn-in concert tee, this piece feels like merch from a band that definitely argues with waiters, refuses to pay country club guest fees, and still shoots an 89 while complaining the entire round.
Features:
- Vintage-inspired graphic with serious old-school record store energy
- Ultra-soft feel perfect for golf, lounging, or yelling “pretty, pretty good.”
- Guaranteed to get laughs from anyone with back pain and commitment issues
- Officially released under Oy Vey Golf Records*
- Printed on Comfort Colors T Shirt
*Not a real record label. But honestly? It should be.
Oy Vey Golf — apparel for golfers who play through pain, kvetch through dinner, and somehow still think they “left a few shots out there.”

Keep your printed gear looking fresh by treating it gently. Always wash inside out, using cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent (no bleach or fabric softeners). Pre-treat stains lightly—dab, don’t scrub—especially around the print.
For drying, air-dry whenever possible to protect the design and prevent shrinking. If you must use a dryer, choose the lowest heat setting and pull the shirt out early. Less heat = longer-lasting graphics.
Caring for your Hats
Hand washing is the safest way to clean most golf hats, preserving their shape and details like embroidered logos. Here’s how:
1. Fill a bucket or sink with lukewarm water. Hot water can shrink or fade your hat.
2. Add a small amount of mild detergent—about a teaspoon per gallon of water.
3. Submerge the hat and let it soak for 5-10 minutes to loosen dirt.
4. Use a soft brush or cloth to gently scrub problem areas, like the sweatband or brim. Be careful around stitching or logos to avoid damage.
5. Rinse thoroughly under cool running water until no soap remains.
6. Pat gently with a towel to remove excess water—don’t wring it out.
Tip: For delicate hats, test a small area first to ensure the detergent won’t cause fading.
Spot Cleaning (For Minor Stains)
If your hat just has a few trouble spots, spot cleaning is quicker:
1. Mix a small amount of mild detergent with water.
2. Dip a cloth or soft brush into the solution and gently dab or scrub the stained area.
3. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove soap residue.
4. Air-dry the hat (more on that below).
